Santa Ynez Towing (santayneztowing.com) connects people in Santa Ynez and the Santa Ynez Valley with local towing providers. This page explains what information we handle and why.
What we collect
- Phone calls. When you call (805) 693-7957, your call is connected to a local provider. We keep a record of the call (your number, the time and how long it lasted). Calls to our number may be recorded for quality and to make sure no request is lost; you will hear a notice at the start of the call.
- Form messages. If you use the contact form, we receive your name, phone number and message so a provider can call you back.
- Simple counts. When someone taps the phone number or sends the form, we record the page, the device type (phone or computer) and the time. This does not use cookies and does not identify you.
We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, chat widgets or pop-ups.
How we use it
We use your information only to connect you with a local provider who can help, to follow up on missed calls, and to keep basic records of requests. We share it only with the provider handling your request. We do not sell your information.
Maps
Some pages show a map from OpenStreetMap. Loading the map sends a request to OpenStreetMap's servers, which have their own privacy policy.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your form message or call record at any time by calling (805) 693-7957 or using the contact form. California residents may also request a copy of the personal information we hold about them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page.
